End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please review the terms of this license agreement carefully.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the Easy File Renamer software product.

1. Grant of License

Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. grants you the following rights provided you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:

  • You may install and use the software on a single computer
  • You may make one copy of the software for backup purposes
  • You may transfer the software to another computer, provided it is completely removed from the first computer

2. Description of Other Rights and Limitations

Limitations on Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Rental

You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.

Support Services

Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may provide you with support services related to the software. Use of Support Services is governed by Sorcim policies and programs.

Software Transfer

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, transfer all of the software, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software.

3. Copyright

All title and copyrights in and to the software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the software) are owned by Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers.

4. Limited Warranty

Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt.

5. Customer Remedies

Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair or replacement of the software that does not meet this Limited Warranty.

6. No Other Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SORCIM TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SORCIM TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sorcim Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates.

By installing or using the software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
